Who we are
MappedBy Inc. started in October 2022. We build software because we think real estate can work better than it does today.
Here's what bothers us: the old model rewarded agents who did good work—represent a listing well, and you'd earn the next lead. That made sense. But now platforms capture those leads and sell them to whoever pays, regardless of who actually knows the property. The buyer ends up with a less informed agent. Costs go up. Quality goes down.
We're not against anyone—we just think the market works better when good work gets rewarded, and when consumers know exactly who they're dealing with.
